At MDR we are always on search for new talent to help enrich our work. Many of our senior members have graduated, leaving several vacancies. We are looking to fill these positions with young, passionate individuals from our community. We are in immediate need of a webmaster. Applicants should be comfortable with web design and will be responsible for maintaining and updating our website throughout the semester. Our website is growing rapidly and this is a great opportunity for programmers, developers, or designers to showcase their abilities. Experience in HTML/CSS formatting and WordPress is necessary.
Senior Editor | Applications released in August
Tasks of a Senior Editor involve management of the initial stages of the publication’s editorial segment— the reviewer editorial process—as well as participation in the Editor’s Choice series. All applications are welcome, however members who have contributed for at least one semester as a reviewer OR two semesters as a Writer will recieve particular consideration.
Creative Staffer | Applications released in August
Creative Staffers work under the guidance of the Director of Art & Layout and will have the opportunity to learn about academic journal design & publishing and will engage in a variety of projects throughout the semester. All students with a creative/artistic skill set are encouraged to apply. This position is open to students from all major/disciplines.
